We start by discussing their vision and style preferences. From there, we create sketches to get a better idea of what the customer is looking to get. We then get a $500 non refundable deposit that goes towards the total cost of the custom piece being created. Once the final 3D design and rough estimation is complete we get 50% of total down. once we receive the 50% of your custom piece will then get started. Once completed we require the remaining 50% total on Pick up or before item is shipped.
Yes, We offer repair services for all of our jewellery. Contact is for more information on the repair process and pricing.
We do not offer any refunds on our jewelry, custom jewelry and grillz.
- We offer 14 day exchange or full instore credit on all in stock and pre ordered jewellery as long as in condition received.
- We do not offer any refunds, exchanges or in store credit on any custom jewelry including custom gold and diamond grillz.
